I am not satisfied with my prints. Can I get a refund?

A.

If the mistake was on our part then yes! We provide the service of print proofs/samples prior to following through with your order. If you had received a proof and the final batch did not have the same quality, we will reprint your products at no extra change. If the error is in the art work file then we will offer you discount on the next run.

Where can I pickup my prints?

Pickups are available at our shop located at 1285 West 75th Ave Vancouver. Please make sure your order is ready before visiting our office give us a call at: 778-886-3393. We are open 7 days till late. After hours available by request.

Can I track my shipment?

Depending on the shipment option you selected at the checkout, you may or may not receive a tracking code for your delivery.

Shipping and Handling fees are dependent on the option you had selected upon checkout.

Can I request a proof before my batch is printed?

Yes you may! To ensure the highest quality and peace of mind, we are more than willing to provide proofs prior completing your order. If you’re unsatisfied, you may choose to cancel or readjust your order.

Where can I find templates for my designs?

All our design are custom or you may choose a design off www.shutterstock.com were we can then adjust the typeset and formatting for you. Contact our design and let us bring your vision to reality.

How do much do you charge to edit my design?

A.

Fees for design work are dependent on the size and complexity of the project. For example, a “minimalistic” black and white business card design would be much cheaper than a nightclub large sized poster. Please feel free to give us a call for quotes.

Do you provide graphic design services?

Our professional in-house designers are always of assistance in order to make your idea blossom to life. For these custom services, we would like to ask you to give us a call or email so that we can discuss what is it that you are looking for. Our designers will send you multiple samples and you can choose which versions you like the most.

How do I send you my designs?

To suit your needs, there are three ways you can do so. We recommend you upload your designs to our website upon completing your order. You may also email or visit us to provide us your design.
